Frida is a Senior Consultant with experience in both engineering and IT consulting. For over ten years, she worked in manufacturing and maintenance within the Aerospace & Defence industry before pivoting into IT consulting. In her current role, she utilizes her industry experience to design and develop digital solutions for industry clients. Frida is a detailed-oriented team player who focuses on delivering high quality results while maintaining broad perspective. Frida is a recognized Engineering Technician and has been awarded several prestigious awards for her achievements in STEM and her advocacy for diversity and inclusion.
Omondi Makalliwa is a Non-Executive Director at Edu-Cater Global, where he provides strategic leadership on programme design and commercialisation. A PhD student at the University of Liverpool, he specialises in autonomous and uncrewed aerial systems. His research examines UAV limitations in assessing risk and explores improved reasoning frameworks for trustworthy autonomy. Specifically, he focuses on enabling routine BVLOS and swarm operations. Omondi is also a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded ventures in e-mobility and logistics.
Darren is a Welding Systems Team Manager at TWI Ltd, focusing on R&D for digital manufacturing. He previously served as a Professor at Lancaster University and held an integral role at Rolls-Royce in establishing the Advanced Blade Casting Facility. An active volunteer for two decades, Darren won the 2025 Innovator of the Year, the 2019 IET Paul Fletcher Award, and the 2018 British Black Business Award for STEM. He is a Chartered Fellow recognized by ENGINEERS EUROPE for his excellence and continuous achievement within the industry.
Tania Ezekafor is a Construction Project Manager in Department for Education in the School Rebuilding Programme. This role consists of assessing the school buildings that are in dire need and formulating a plan alongside other professionals on how it can either be repaired on rebuild. Tania has a passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their ambitions through education and business pioneering.
